Did not like my filet. I couldn't cut it...It was about 2 inches thick, burnt and dry on the 1cm perimeter and raw in the center....I had ordered it "medium". Strongly suggest they buy better meat and reevaluate their cooking methods.
The service was great and it's in a beautiful dining room attached to some hotel, I wasn't sure what the name was.
Even though it was a lovely dinner, I'm still a little upset I couldn't eat the filet :/
