  • This companies business practices are unethical and illegal. Voted number 1 worst company in AZ and for a reason. It's been headache after headache trying to get anything from this company. The agents cold transfer you over and over and over. The notes they leave on file are incorrect and altered. They intentionally say they're doing something then don't do it. The confirmation numbers they give you are a joke. When you refer to them when asking about changes they say the numbers are invalid or don't show said changes. Every single agent is on a different page. I still don't have my money from them. I'll be taking them to small claims court.
