  • I had previously strolled into Procell just to browse and get a feel for the store. Very clean with a very professional setup. Weeks later (today) I called and asked about an oil change for my TaoTao 50cc and the price was considerably lower than where I usually get it done and with no appointment necessary Shawn told me to come down to the store. I was greeted warmly by him, gave my payment, keys and 10 minutes of my time to him to walk to subway to get a sandwich and back. In that allotted amount of time he changed my oil and tightened my left brake (for free) which was detrimentally loose (which he didn't have to do). Now it's riding better than when I first bought it and I've been in 2 accidents already. Acceleration is also much better! Very fast, efficient service so 5 stars from me! If you need repairs ask for Shawn! He is the man! And if you're reading this Shawn you're welcome for the water lol!
