  • I stopped in today after receiving less than stellar service at Lenscrafters. I was pleased to be taken care of by Heather. She showed me around the store, and explained what I was looking at, and then let me pick out frames. After I had some options, she helped me narrow down the style, and made suggestions based on my preferences. I ended up selecting frames she picked out. Heather explained what my insurance allowed and all additional costs; I felt very informed throughout my experience and felt good when I left. My glasses should be ready in 3-5 days and I'll get a text message when they are ready. Couldn't have been easier!
