  • Short version: For those who don't like long reviews, just avoid this McDonald's. Horrible service. They will get your order wrong. The food will be worse than your average McDonald's. Just travel another mile. For those who don't mind the long reviews: I don't have high standards when it comes to service at fast food places. I would especially not find it necessary to leave a bad review. I just want the order to be right and the food to be as good as any other location. But this McDonald's is the worst. The service was horrendous in the drive thru. When I arrived there were no other cars in line. Yet, I sat for a couple minutes before anyone decided to take my order. And I had to repeat my order a couple times. It seemed very obvious I was getting maybe half of their attention. I get to the window and again keep in mind I'm still the only person in line. She has difficulty remembering which was my order. She then repeats back an order which is still half wrong. I kindly suggest the parts that were wrong and she replies "yeah, whatever". I pick up my food from the other window. Again, just no friendliness at all from the staff. Not expecting the world here. I get it, you aren't working your dream job. A simple "Hello" goes a long way. And I get home. The order is still wrong partially...it happens. But the grilled chicken sandwich was just absolutely awful. It looked rubbery and burnt. I took two bites and it tasted... rubbery and burnt. I just threw it away after that. I don't want anything from this review. I don't want a refund or free fries or even an apology. I imagine the only other people looking at reviews for this location are those that has a similar experience.
