  • Check in went smoothly because I prepaid through my employer discount! Stanley greeted us, gave us the complete run down of places to eat and would deliver directly to our room. He told us about the shuttle service, pool, and gym. He gave us the wifi code, explained breakfast and our check out time. So Stanley and all the staff, excellent people! Now the room, I loved the layout and the size. There were two queens but they weren't on top of each other. And best of all, cable, real cable. A lot of hotels will not have HBO (they have showtime) and will not have spike, Cartoon Network, or syfy but HIEXPRESS did and I was grateful after spending all day in the city. We visit PGH often and stay at different places but HIEXPRESS is the place to stay. It allowed quick access to Robinson mall, rivers casino, the strip, Carson street, and market square. If one must stay in PGH, stay on the west side and stay at the HIEXPRESS Green Tree!
