  • The food!! It was delicious. The service and atmosphere could have been awful and I still would have given a good review on the basis of the food alone. However, the atmosphere was inviting and simple with warm lights, wooden tables, and old-fashioned decor. Our waiter, Austin, was very attentive and outgoing. He checked in frequently and was able to make suggestions because of his knowledge of the food (he had worked in the kitchen previously). There is complimentary cornbread to start, which just melts in your mouth. Our food came out very quick and every single thing was just to die for. My favorite thing was the rotisserie chicken and my boyfriend loved the brisket. Complimentary mini-donuts are also given with the check-yummy! Overall, this was a great place to go for out anniversary. I highly recommend.
