  • I wish I could leave 0 stars. The wait times are long and they don't even have a public restroom! They told me to go to the nearby restaurant. All I needed to do was drop off my equipment in the first place which should've taken less than a minute but yet I have to wait 25 mins; behind people making changes to their service, exchanging devices, etc and would generally take much longer to help. They SERIOUSLY need to reevaluate how they operate because I can't imagine a more inefficient & ineffective way.
