  • El Burro has good potential, but the combination of poor inventory planning and lack luster service will prevent me from going back anytime soon. They were out of major menu items at noon and the woman working the dining area could have cared less that there were customers waiting to be address while she screwed around on her phone behind the register. The food that was available was good though.
