  • It is not fun to have to visit a cellular store when you are having problems but I have received nothing but top level customer service for our company cell phones at this store from Jazzy. She is so attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She really makes the experience easy and efficient. The last time I was in there she was a regular employee, now I see she is assistant manager, there is no doubt she will continue climbing the ladder where ever she goes but for now AT&T is very lucky to have such a Great representative working for them. I recommend you go see her she will make any experience very pleasant
