  • When I saw the summer promo poster for Pearl Roasted Milk Tea, I made it a point try it. I'm a CoCo fan because of their consistency, and I love roasted tea. After I ordered and sat down to wait, my frugality surfaced and contemplation began on whether I made the right choice because I saw the original Pearl Milk Tea for $4.7 (large), and what I ordered was literally identical except for one word: "roasted", priced at $5.2. I thought, great I pretty much ordered the same thing and paid more, argh. But I was wrong. After taking my first sip, a blast of aromatic roastiness filled my mouth; you can really taste it! Complete satisfaction. My point is: they added that extra word with intention and I was impressed. I'll definitely keep this drink in mind for the summer. Limited time only.
