  • My first trip to Findlay Cadillac today for a service appointment. Such a professional group. My advisor, Blair Pickett, actually listened to what I had to say about the issues. Everything was taken care of in a reasonable period of time AND they gave me a nice, new loaner to use while my car was being serviced. One of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a car dealership! Highly recommend!!
