  • This place is ridiculous. The service is non existent, unless your buying cosmetics or perfume directly from the rep on the main floor. Even if you find something you want, good luck finding a till that is open. I think their business model is old and tired. Considering their very high prices, they could stand to add a few staff. Sometimes I believe they think they are Holt Renfrew. Well, they are not.
