  • I have been going to Natural Touch for about four years. It has changed hands a couple times and was originally called Katlyn Nails. As of a few months ago, it changed hands again. Now there are three WONDERFUL ladies that run the place--Nancy, Kim and Kelly. Honestly, as far as nail salons go, this is the most LOVELY little secret in Surprise! I always have Nancy do my mani's/pedi's but Kim does an amazing job on my brows. What makes this salon so different from the others? Its the SMILE and POSITIVITY these ladies exude! They are SO incredibly pleasant and sweet. Not like some of the other salons where they spend the entire two hours you are there talking to each other. (and when they do speak to you, they aren't super friendly) At Natural Touch, the ladies know you are coming in to RELAX and unwind so they let you be. If you are looking for conversation though, they are more than willing to engage you. Even better than the fabulous customer service are their prices! $24.99 for a mani/pedi combo! $7.00 for an eye brow arch! $19.99 for a full set! (if you are into acrylic nails) Check them out!
