  • I haven't had the need/opportunity to use Matrix, but my experience with them today would make them the first place I call. I was at Circle K, waiting in line to pay for my drink and a gentleman wearing one of their shirts came into line behind me. He then asked if all I had was the drink, when I told him it was, he then told me that he would pay for my drink when he got to the counter so that I didn't have to wait in line and he would let the employee know so they didn't think I just walked out. This small, random act of kindness completely made my day. It tells me a lot about a company when one of their employees is that kind to a stranger. I feel bad that I didn't get his name, but, wow! What an absolutely kind and thoughtful human. Thank you!!!
