rev:text	Lots of pros and cons for this place. It is in a great location close to a lot of bars and resturaunts. An uber is only a couple of dollars to Southside or North Shore and the T is in walking distance right down the steet. When it's nice it's great to take a walk downtown, to the Point or over to North Shore. The pool is awesome in the summer but filled with college students so that was annoying for us. Although parking is super expensive ($140/month) it is wonderful in the winter when you don't have to clean your car off. You can only use the stairs in case of an emergency and there are only 4 elevators in which 3 of them work so sometimes you'll wait for 5-10 minutes just for the elevator. The fire alarm has also gone off at least once a month since we moved in about 8 months ago. Most of the doormen are old and rude.There is metered parking across the street for friends but if there are events going on at Consol they issue "no parking" on all meters so they have to either valet or pay for parking in a lot. Friends are also able to valet their car but they don't verify with the tenant that they know the individuals so we've been charged multiple times for random people saying they are coming to our apartment just so their friends will not have to pay for their parking. It is then a hassle to get that charge taken off your rent payment because the management staff sucks. They are rude and very unresponsive. We've had ants and cockroaches in our apartment and the doorman said they will not exterminate the building so if you like bugs this is the place to be! We have a one bedroom but for the price it is quite small with very little storage. We've had a lot of maintance issues in the kitchen (disposal broke multiple times, burners on the stove often don't work, dishwasher has broken) but they're good on fixing everything in a timely manner. There is a beautiful view of the city but keep in mind the rent goes up $4 per floor! For the most part we cannot hear our neighbors unless they are hanging art work or if you are in the bathroom you can sometimes hear the tenant on that side. The building is full of both college students and foreign nationals. It was a different experience to live in the city but honestly this place is not worth the price. I would sugguest searching elsewhere.
