  • Called Connie's Diamonds today for directions to the store as Google Maps is not quite so precise when I enter the address. A lady with an attitude answers the phone, saying only "Connie's Diamonds", no good afternoon, no who is speaking, no nothing! Upon explaining to her that I am trying to find their location and require some directions, the only very prompt response I receive is: "What do you want to buy?". Well, I did not go there and neither will I ever. If this type of telephone demeanour is any indication of the reception I will receive when visiting this dealer in person, I will stay far away and so should you!
