  • Master Matt has a warm and silly personality that helps his students relax and come prepared to laugh, learn and have fun. His drills are creative, fun and engaging to students big and small. I highly recommend Master Matt and Movement Taekwondo (please see my other martial arts school reviews) as he knows how to keep his students going. He knows how to interact with children and adults. Classes are full of happy students who giggle along with the spectators. I have had my child enrolled at 3 schools. Master Matt is my favorite instructor because he is kind to the children, he doesn't belittle the children and he doesn't use physical means to keep the children in line. I have seen other instructors physically pick up children and put them back on their dot, Master Matt had enough control over the students no physical touches are necessary. I have nothing but kind things to say about Master Matt! Oh and did I say that Movement Taekwondo is half the price of all the other schools in Indian Trail?!? Plus his $95 tuition includes his uniform. That is for unlimited classes. Roar is $165 for unlimited classes in a month, plus the uniform. Take Matt up on his free class offer, you will not be disappointed.
