This is by far the worst experience I've ever had a rock climbing gym.
I've never been one to opt to Boulder when climbing is an option, but because of the gym's proximity, I decided to give it a go despite being predominately a bouldering gym.
The pros at The Climbing Wall are that the sets are very challenging, the crowd is friendly and relaxed, the prices are reasonable, and the majority of employees are insanely nice.
The cons are that the routes are very poorly labelled (so definitely not the most beginner friendly, but hard to read while climbing regardelss), some bouldering walls don't have a mat to fall on, the gym tends to be crowded, and the worst part for me was that I had a really unpleasant encounter on my first visit with Erica when I tried to get belay certified. But excluding the one unpleasant encounter (because everyone else who works there is super nice), this gym isn't very well equipped for climbing.
