  • I normally go here regularly and I am informed about the 5 min grace period. My appointment was at 1045 and I was there at 1050 and the receptionist said I was 10mins late?? Then asked if I wanted me to wait till 1130. Ok first off no I don't want to wait till 1130 and no I was not 10 mins late. This left a sour taste in my mouth.
