  • Just left Bank's Oreck store on S. Rainbow. I know where I'm coming when I need a new vacuum ! Rasheda was there with a smile and a bright welcome as soon as I opened the door! She did a little tweek on what I thought might be a broken Bissell canister vac...... ALL good to go now! Incredible service - quick and knowledgable even on another brand (not an Oreck) On top of the great vacuum service, she added some tips on where I can get the jeans I love ! What a gem!!! Great customer service= return visits from me AND my friends! Thank you Miss Resheda!
