  • Manager Jimmy does not care about parking issues. Have only lived here 1 month and have had to put notes on vehicles myself to remove them from parking directly in front of my door. Had a run down car being stored in front of my building (not in a parking spot), told Jimmy about it, and he had them move it to a parking spot where now it sits taking up one of limited parking spots and hasn't moved since. No sticker on it and belongs to a friend of a resident. According to Jimmy, stickers are only to get into the gate, not to park so according to him, you can copy and laminate your sticker and give them out. TODAY I get a notice on my door warning of car burglaries in the complex. NO WONDER! YOU LET EVERYONE IN SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF STICKERS AND A SECURITY GATE GUARD!? When our lease is up, we will be moving to a better apartment complex.
