  • When I headed to Vegas from Chicago, I knew I had to hit up a California coffee staple - Coffee Bean! I was excited that I would be able to enjoy their caffeinated beverages while in Sin City. However, the long line on a Saturday morning SUCKED. I must have been in line for 30 minutes. There was only one person manning the cash register and two people creating drinks. I contemplated leaving the line many times, but I figured I should suck it up since Chicago doesn't have any Coffee Beans. I was somewhat shocked with the prices. I knew Vegas would hike up prices, but I found it weird that they charged extra for getting an iced drink. My regular nonfat hazelnut latte cost me $5 - 50 cents more since I got it over ice. Oh well. It's Vegas! I want to say Coffee Bean was as great as I remembered, but sadly, it wasn't so. I'd rather head to Peet's.
