  • I agree with the other yelp reviewers. Stay away from this company! They are crooks! I had an issue with my washer and booked an appointment for an inspection. Their company website seems reputable with good reviews and have 10+ years of experience, an authorized repair for a lot of name brand appliances. They claim to be "reliable, quality, warranty, honesty, fast". I can say they are NOT reliable, No quality, they say there is 'warranty for all repairs" WRONG- told me no warranty on the repair. Fast?- they are fast at coming to do an inspection but they charge an insane price for the inspection- $120. They say the diagnose fee will be waived if we decide to do the repairs. And lastly, Honesty? their technicians are NOT honest and are NOT skilled! The technician did not property diagnose the problem and would've cost me a lot of money! Here is what happened.... The technician came to do the inspection and told me the pump is broken which is why the water is not draining. He provided me with an invoice and the inspection report. Quoted me $600 for the repair. I thought this was very expensive so I decided to shop around for a better quote. I called up another place that quoted me in the $400-500 range for the repair. At this point, I was debating whether it was worth it to just buy a new washer. Then I talked to my friend and she referred me to another technician. I explained to him the issue with the washer, and he told me most of the time it's because of a clog. And he also warn me to be careful with these companies because a lot of his clients got scammed as well. I followed his steps to check if my machine was clogged and found out there was indeed a clump of hair in there. I cleared it and my machine was able to drain water again! What a relief! I am so glad that it was only a clog and was able to resolve this. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
