  • I used to rave about this unique restaurant, but it showing a lack of love from the staff. Was most recently there on the 25th of February. We were a party of 4, 2 couples. Our server was average, but I was a little surprised when she ask if we wanted separate checks at the beginning of the conversation. No, we did not want separate checks, thank you very much, Next, we were informed when ordering coffee, that Sparklings Does Not have coffee. "Only Expresso with no free refills", as she put it. C'mon, buy a dang coffee maker! I will say the food was good; pork chops big and juicy, beet salad yummy. My only other complaint, the guy cleaning tables was over-zealous with a toxic spray bottle. I think it showered our desert and wine.
