  • WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! The very few so-called good experiences with this place is NOT WORTH THE RISK!!! I wish I never gave them my business. I did learn a valuable lesson after my experience here and will never be a victim again! Went here because found they had best price for used Ford I was looking for and test drive was great. The dealings were going fine, but one thing bugged me. He said the vehicle comes with LowJack, in fact it was required on all their vehicles, and couldn't get the car without it. I reluctantly agreed to still purchase the vehicle even with the price of the LowJack added on because it was still good price compared to other places I looked at. It really started to go down hill after that. They said I get free gas card as part of thank you promo they were doing and mail it to me - NEVER RECEIVED IT! I had to go back to dealership later that week to resign paperwork the first guy messed up - 1st RETURN TRIP TO DEALERSHIP! I then got another call saying they never activated my LowJack and I had to come in to activate - 2nd RETURN TRIP TO DEALERSHIP! How did they not activate my LowJack before I got the car? I had to wait couple hours after purchasing the vehicle because they said they were working on the LowJack. I made calls wondering where my gas card was and they kept giving me run around saying on its way and blah,blah, blah. In the end, I filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau and they never replied to the complaint to answer for their actions. They don't care and never cared about customer service, as evident to them ignoring BBB's complaint. I heard back from BBB rep saying they couldn't get ahold of anyone to talk to them and they never responded to the complaint. No surprise. I learned that I should have done research on the dealership and not just the vehicle. I would have learned they have rampant history of shady and corrupt practices. Which would have been time saving and gas mileage saving for what I wasted going back and forth from Gilbert to Peoria. After all this I got my vehicle checked over at another dealership to make sure I wasn't screwed by them in any other way. Surprisingly the vehicle checked out fine, so that is the only good thing that came out of this.
