  • I will probably not use Penny Electric again. I advised a month prior that our spa would be installed on a Thursday. Two weeks prior, I spoke with the electrician to advise of the installation and it was on my receipt. I also called to confirm the day prior to installation. I spoke with Dolores and she told me that was not possible and had me scheduled for another day. She was curt over the telephone. She reluctantly had someone come out on Thursday. If I had not been told by a friend about the backfilling, leaving the permit by the electric box and removing the panel on the spa, the City of Henderson would not have passed my inspection. Penny mentioned none of this to me in person or by telephone. My friend's inspection failed three times! Talked to a different person each time I called Penny Electric. Dolores was not very friendly. The electrician did run the electrical and did a good job. For this, I am giving two stars.
