| - Clean, cheap, lots of variety (maybe too much). You can find Chinese, Korean, some Japanese, and South East Asian, and Indian food types here.
Maybe I haven't been to a Chinese grocery in a long time, but I was like a child in a candy store.
They have a bakery, prepared foods (and an upstairs eating area), restaurant, aisle and aisles of canned goods, piles and piles of meats, tons of fresh produce, and a small section for pots and pans
I swear the place must be 60% full of sauces. After spending about 15 mins looking at the Soy Sauce section (two face to face aisles) , I went around to the other side to find MORE chilli sauces, this time Indian spices and sauces. Then I went around again, there were Korean sauces! Then in another aisle, Japanese teriyaki sauces! Then lastly, a small aisle for the Western sauces like Diana Sauce etc.
The produce was really fresh. I got Kale for $1.49 for the amount of 2 bunches that would have cost me at least $4 at Loblaws.
I also got Chinese Rice wine at $2.50
How productive, have lunch AND do some Grocery.
Debit or Cash only.
