| - A VERY SOLID EXPERIENCE...
Cucina saved the day...on a crazy Saturday night in Las Vegas we booked another $$$$ restaurant, with the expectations that it would be as good as Friday's dinner...well Yellowtail at Bellagio really sucked...and we left hungry and frustrated that our (lofty) ideals for Vegas eating were not met.
So we decided to stroll through Bellagio and then in Vdara (to see a condo unit), and finally into Aria (and Crystals Mall at Aria) to shop...our tummies were grumbly and we were sore over dropping $200 on NOTHING, and so we went back to Cucina (we had been there last year), and were greeted immediately by a smiling hostess, seated right away, and got Tony as our waiter. We ordered two handcrafted pizzas, and chowed down...DAMN THEY WERE GOOD.
- One was Italian sausage, greens, and hot peppers.
- The other was margherita, tomato, and basil.
Both were LIGHTS OUT GOOD.
- Service was fast.
- Food was amazing.
- It was a simple follow-up plan after an terrible $200 dinner.
Could not go wrong here and we ate for $40 and should have gone here in the first place. Oh well, live and learn in Vegas!
ENJOY!
