  • I went in just to get my sides faded. The gentleman cutting my hair was being pretty rough (I should have said something) but I also know that I can be tender headed so I tried to ignore it. When I left, I paid and tipped him; I didn't get a receipt but didn't think too much about asking for one. By the time I got home, my head was burning in multiple spots. I looked into the mirror to find multiple areas of irritation and that he had cut me along almost the entire length of my neckline. Since I don't have a receipt there's not much I can do. But I will not be back, it really sucks when a service that is supposed to help you feel good ends up doing the exact opposite!
