rev:text	followed around and stared at the entire time i was in there... seriously guy?? anything worth anything is too damn big to get out of your store without being totally obvious... maybe you should consider not being in such a shitty area if you're that concerned with people stealing 2 dollar rocks... you made me so utterly uncomfortable, i regret spending a dime in your store... selection was mediocre and it was extremely difficult to find any kind of order... some stones were misidentified as well... the large geodes were very dirty even though they are quite impressive and beautiful... i would never make such a large purchase from you because i was treated like a criminal and talked down to from the moment i set foot in your store... thanks for a rather annoying experience... how about investing in some security cameras if you can't deal with allowing people to shop in your store?? what is the point of being a store if you can't handle having people in it?? i know you are going to get defensive so i will say that there are 4 gem shops in my local area of sacramento that surpass your own before you spout out that you are the best in the west coast... i assure you, you are mistaken... consolidated rock and mineral in vacaville, ca, is the best gem shop i have ever been in and they don't treat me like an idiot or a criminal... i adore rocks, gems and crystals... i have a very high respect and appreciation for them, the effort it takes to obtain them and the power each of them contain.... how am i supposed to even be able to tell what i'm looking at when i can feel someone absolutely staring at me the entire time i'm there? every time i looked up, his eyes were locked on me... he had no intention of helping me at all... he stood along the wall and kept shaking the strings of beads which made me snap at my daughter because i was terrified that she would touch something and get us kicked out... i should have left way before we even got into the other room... i feel like an idiot for rewarding horrific customer service...
