  • Sanfratello's is a welcome addition to Gilbert. After 40 years in Chicago I moved to Arizona. In my six years here have not found a great Chicago Pan or Deep Dish Pizza... UNTIL NOW! An earlier review claims it is not Chicago Pizza, they are so wrong... The sauce and sausage are on point. This is what it says it is a Chicago Pan Pizza. And an amazing one at that! It is not an inch and a half deep dish... But finally a solid Chicago Pan... I feel like I am at home. So good. As for the thin crust... On point again.
