  • After reading these awful reviews, I was very leery that I had to use them {home warranty}; that said, I have to agree w\Mary G. This was my 1st time using my AHS warranty & didn't know what to expect. I was not a happy camper when I found out I had to switch my a\c company that I've used since appx 2004; well I'll say that I'm not sorry. I expected to be treated like a 2nd class citizen & put off; much to my surprise, I was treated just like anyone else, by nice, polite, & very helpful people. In order of contact: Cassandra {my new buddy - that says plenty, as she's a pleasure}, Stan {who cares, is very polite, & really knows his stuff}, & Sharon {who is so nice, friendly, & beyond professional - don't get me wrong, they're all professional in their own way}. With all I've read here, my advice to anyone who uses them by choice or warranty, keep in mind whom I've spoken of here, & deal w\them. I can't imagine you'd be sorry.
