Hit or miss with this ramen house. I am a little biased because I have had better ramen than this. However, their flavors are average. I am used to real ramen cooked by adorable Japanese chefs in the back of their shop (awesome example santouka ramen in Orange County is who ramen shops should aspire to- Zagat rated) like santouka in California. One huge complaint is their pork belly, lots of flavor and melts in your mouth BUT had bone fragments- that's a lawsuit waiting to happen when you chip a tooth. Their staff is friendly but always in a rush. And honestly I didn't taste any difference between their clear broths and milky. This place is good, if you need a ramen fix.
