  • Movie Theatre: I find the policy to check purses to be unfair, discriminatory, and the personnel untrained to do a thorough job. Men were walking in with jackets and/or over-sized shirt covering large/loose pants which could conceal a lot more than my purse. Why women and not men? What about fanny packs? Men carrying diaper bags? If safety is paramount then another solution is needed where all patrons are subject to the same security measures.
