  • I'll have to agree with Mindy on this one - the whole car-buying experience just blows at Hendrick on South Boulevard. We went in, having a pretty good idea of what we wanted, and were promptly directed... elsewhere. That's not uncommon in the auto industry, but giving direction and being taken somewhere else just isn't my style. So we wandered a while (they had a helicopter and a half a plane in the lot, which was interesting, but had very little to do with the reason we were there), determined that we had no interest in staying to buy a car from them, helped further refine what we wanted, and went to Carmax on Independence to buy our next vehicle.
