The food was perfect. Perfectly prepared. Perfect quality. Perfectly portioned. Perfect amount of choice. The cocktails are expertly prepared and not sugary sweet. The food is laden with flavor not fat. The spice is just the right amount of heat, so as not obscure the flavors. The hominy grits were creamy, textured, corny goodness with a slight hint of garlic & finish of butter. Tuna nachos were delicious. The pork tenderloin sandwich was outstanding with the most tender pork you'll ever taste, arugula, carmelized onions & homemade southwest mayo that wasn't cloying at all. Highly recommend.
