  • I'm giving this lab 1 star only because there"s no option for zero stars. After using Theranos labs conveniently located in Walgreens for over a year, with courteous staff, quick an easy walk-ins, I quickly realized how bad Labcorp is! I scheduled my appointment online. Made it to my appointment on time, and I was greeted by very rude staff, and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen! This is unacceptable. My experience with Quest/Sonora labs have been the same. Understaffed, rude, and long wait time. Completely unaccetable. I sure hope Theranos makes it back.
