  • Wow these front agents are RUDE! I understand you prolly hate your job but be nice! I approach the front counter bc I wasn't assigned a seat number. They looked a bit busy bc the flight was oversold so I patiently waited for them to acknowledge me and actually thought I was invisible for 5 min. It was soo awkward I thought i was getting punked. While waiting I witnessed the mean mean female agent yelling at the other male agent right in front of me! Man oh man they had a serious case of the Mondays.
