  • My kids and I just saw Dr. Heaton and Mandy, the hygienist, today as brand new patients for cleanings. I'm giving them a 5-star rating just based on our experience today, but will update if needed. Mandy was AMAZING!! Super sweet and so gentle. She took the time to explain everything she was going to do and was so good with my 5 year old (first timer!) that he even commented on how amazing she was :) My daughter and I are terrified of the dentist, so it was really nice to walk out of there today and not be hyperventilating or feeling like we were beat up. They were thorough and very good with all of us. No sales pressure, no feeling like we were being coerced into unnecessary work, everything was explained and for once, I felt comfortable getting my teeth cleaned. For a dental visit, it was as good as it could have been!
