  • I sent a request quote via Yelp 1 week after I fired my old cleaning crew for having something stolen at the house. And they failed to handle it in the matter of urgently. Mind you, of the 2 yrs they been with me. They have alway been supervise and NEVER have the code to the house. Someone was alway home to oversees the work! With that being said. Olya responded to my request promptly via text which is perfect. For the size of my house. She quoted me $100 bi-weekly. It was more than the old crew but I said yes. First cleaning was great. Took about 3hrs. She did suggest a deep cleaning since the other crew haven't done a deep cleaning in how long. Since my mom pays for the cleaning and her funds are limited, Olya suggested breaking the deep cleaning into 2 sessions. So the prices comes out smaller than a lump sum. Well how perfect.. For the first time, I was comfortable with Olya right away. Manage to give her the code. And I know she can be left to clean my house the way I would want w/o being supervise like the other crew! When she's done, she texted me to say she's done and lock up. Olya have a pleasant way about her. Things are simple. You text her, set up a time, set a price, done. Not talking around the world and back. So give her a try.. You will have the same feeling like I did right. FUN FACT: did you know Olya speak 4 different languages: Armenian, Russian, English and Spanish. In that order she said. So now since I have a problem with my neighbor who don't speak English about her dog and need a translator, guess who Ima call??!!! Lol!
