I was in the market for a Tundra and thought I would try the Costco auto buying program. I was immediately contacted by a Costco rep from Larry Miller. The rep was very friendly and professional on the phone. I drove to the dealership and contacted the Costco rep who handed me off to a salesman. The salesman was friendly but wasn't very interested in selling a truck. These guys had a guaranteed sale but the overall lack of interest was about all I could take. The sales staff in general had the appearance of your typical sleazy used car salesman. I left Larry Miller and drove to Avondale Toyota where I purchased a limited Tundra. Of course on the way to Avondale Toyota my phone blew up with calls from L. Miller wanting me to come back, too bad they weren't that interested when I was there. I have only used Larry Miller once for service on a recall and had no issues and I regularly use them for the parts dept., which is great. But for sales Avondale Toyota's no hassle/haggle sales approach can't be beat.
