  • DO NOT rent from these thieves!!!!!!! First of all, the apartments are very outdated, the buildings look like senior citizen homes. Absolutely Zero security! I had my car keyed 4 times in a year from parking outside. There are abandoned cars left behind im guessing from old people that die and the cars just sit there and take up closer parking spots closer to the building. So the living tenants have to park down the hill by the trolley tracks. Ive called multiple times to get these cars towed and the management office claims they cant tow anybody. Alot of insane elderly people who are loud and like to boss you around and tell you how to live. This is like Del Boca Vista on Seinfeld. Where people go to die. Now lets talk about security deposits that you will never see a penny of and actually get a bill in the mail. My carpet wasnt new when i moved in so now im being billed for new carpet that i had professionally shampooed after i moved out. TOTAL misfit people that dont know their ass from a hole in the wall that work in the management office. You can never get a straight answer. Nobody knows what the hell is going on in that office!!!!! I would say RUN away from this place. Old, dirty, outdated, terrible management, and the Bethel Park Police are there multiple times a day. U couldnt pay me to live there again!!!!!!
