rev:text	This bar would not be my first choice when I visit Phoenix. I met a few girls while having lunch, they talked me into meeting them here later that evening. I don't know much about country music but I have heard of Toby. My first impressions of this bar, did this guy build a bar or a shrine to himself. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands of pics of him. Women get in for free while guys fork over a 5 spot. From what I remember beers were really cheap for the girls and full price for guys. I don't mind paying more than the girls I get why they do it, they want an even distribution of guys to girls. There were quite a few bouncers and from what I saw an hour into being their it is needed. As for the girls I met earlier we chilled for a few hours and had fun. After my experience at this bar I would visit it again. There was plenty of eye candy and it was nice to get away from some of the narcissistic cali girls I have met at my local bars.
