| - By far my worst car washing experience. They take FOREVER, even for an express wash.
I pulled up to the express wash, never having been here before, with 2 cars in front of me. I was strapped for time and ASKED the woman how long it would take. Not long she said maybe 15-20 minutes. I've never had an express wash take that long, but it was doable for me. She said it was full service and to pay and have a seat.
I saw two people waiting in the court yard and 3 people in the store. I went to the other side of the building and to my horror the was 15+ people and a ton of cars waiting to be dried. And the line wasn't moving. Just more cars piling up. Everyone looked irritated, straining there necks to see if their car would be next.
After waiting for 40 minutes I couldn't wait anymore, I had to leave. I went to where my car got taken and it was running with a ton of other cars. It was literally sandwhiched between two other cars and couldn't be moved. I told them I didn't care if it was washed and I needed to leave. A man said we'll put it right through and I'll meet you on the other side to dry.
Since there was no way to move the car once it was in this ridiculous line, I obliged. However, when my car came out they put it in the dry line with 20 other cars. I ran over and told them I will take it undried even though someone was supposed to meet me. The guy called another person over and he slightly dried it.
Everyone looked on shocked, jealous, and amazed I was leaving.
Totally not worth it, they did a horrible job and didn't deserve the tip I gave them. They should be honest about wait times instead of being greedy and pissing everyone off.
An hour after I arrived for an express wash I was on my way and arrived 30 minutes late to my engagement.
Never again.
