  • Really disappointed with my experience at this salon. Wanted a balayage ended up with black roots and orange ends. It was not blended whatsoever and the colour was beyond brassy. I left in a state of panic and called right away to see what could be done to fix it. The manager called me the next day and invited me in for a "free consultation". I went in and they basically told me I'm sol - I had to pay to have it fixed. Having no other choice I forked out more money to have dyed back to it previous state. $300 later and its the same hair I walked in with (with a bit of added damage). I'm definitely unimpressed!
