  • George Brazil service is corrupt - don't use them. I had them out for an annual AC inspection and they said the fan was leaking oil and needed to be replaced - the price was $700 with parts and labor. Then I found out the fan was under warranty (after they told me it wasn't) and they said the price was $600! Only $100 off for the entire new fan?! He said it would take less than 2 hours so the price is over $300 per hour!! He also said our filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. We showed him it was replaced last week (the filter was marked with the date) so he changed his recommendation and said it just looked dirty in the light. We called and asked for a manager but the manager never called back, "because he was at lunch". He did seem to have time to call the technician, however, and he ended up putting the old motor back in. This is my second incident where George Brazil was over charging for service. The first time I let it go as a misunderstanding but now it is clear they intentionally overcharge and look for reasons to overbill! Do not use George Brazil in Phoenix, AZ.
