  • I'm 45 year old female and has been very unhappy with my neck even when I lost weight it never seems to improve my excess fat on my neck and chin area. I went into Dr. Lanfranchi's office for a consultation thinking all I needed was liposuction but he recommended lower face and neck lift which would provide me that defined neck line. Of course was more costly than the Lipo that I expected but after thinking about it I made the decision to do it. I'm so happy that I did !!! I did take off about 10 days off of work still a little swollen but what a difference I look 10 years younger and looks like lost 25 lbs. I will be honest that I was scared but the procedure was painless I did have some discomfort and soreness for the day of and day after requiring to take pain meds after that no problem. I was swollen and bruised but after the 5th day it quickly started to improve. You will need to wear a compression face wrap for one month and sleep elevated for 3-4 weeks but it's well worth it. Everyone at The Lanfranchi Center are awesome. NOTE: Dr. Lanfranchi only does face which is why I picked him. UPDATED photos at 7 months Post Op
