The facial was great and the esthetician fabulous but the overall experience is disjointed and confusing. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes before my facial to fill out forms and i arrived 20 minutes prior to my appt time at which time the receptionist advised me that i was "late"! Huh? I was then was led to a change area which was open for anyone coming in to the spa and directed to a locker, etc. Once I was changed, I got the tour and was shown where the changing rooms were. Why not show me the change room with a door before i get changed? A second "huh"? I was then left in a "relaxation" area which was very pretty but nowhere to put my tea except the floor, again "huh"? After the facial I got changed and went on the great search for the bathroom which happened to be behind the set of doors that said "steam room". Who knew? On checking out, I noticed the pool and asked if day spa users were able to use the pool and was advised "yes, of course". Why didn't they tell me that when I booked? This was not the seamless experience that one expects from the Four Seasons. It seems that they have a long way to go in terms of ease of use of layout and professionalism of spa front desk staff before they can match their peers.
I only managed to find the front door because we are lunch at the restaurant, which was also very disjointed.
Won't go back until they get their service glitches sorted out.
