Got a letter from Honda corporate about those faulty airbags that shoot shrapnel from them.
Warned that these faulty airbags could cause death. Called Right Honda.
Long story short: they told me (if I wanted a loaner- after I brought it up to them because they couldn't be troubled with providing customers safe vehicles. They said, "well if you don't want to drive the car (with a faulty airbag that may kill you) then we maybe can arrange for a loaner or a rental) I had to drive my car to the dealership to prove I had it!?!?
Again, I repeat:
First thing they told me to do with my car that has deadly airbags?!?!?
They told me
I had to drive my car to their dealership to prove I had it!
And I just had the car in their shop a month ago for repairs and they've worked on it multiple times in the past so they had all my information (VIN number, etc.).
Don't even get me started on what happened when I got there...
The manager on duty asked me:
What's the problem?
I told him about the faulty airbags letter.
I showed him the letter.
He looked me in the eyes and said, "people are always trying this stuff on us"
Gets worse from here.
Never going back.
